Order your at-home microbiome test kit for delivery to a Canadian address and return your sample using the instructions supplied with the kit.
Standard postal shipping is available for CAD $15 per kit. Courier delivery may also be arranged when faster or more specialized delivery is required.

Courier delivery may be available through providers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. Availability and pricing depend on the destination and selected service level.
A quotation will be provided, and the courier charge must be paid before the kit can be dispatched.
We accept orders for Canadian urban, rural and remote addresses, subject to postal or courier availability.

The laboratory turnaround period does not begin when the kit is ordered or delivered to you.
It begins after the completed sample has arrived at the appropriate laboratory and has been accepted for processing.

Do not use collection materials that appear damaged, opened or contaminated. Contact support and include photographs of the package and affected components.
